Hikers are drawn here by the outstanding scenery, and many come simply for the challenge. It is a difficult, multi-day hike along the rugged southwest coast of Vancouver Island.

We hiked the mountain via Judges Route, which is a 6-kilometre moderately trafficked out-and-back trail. The views from the summit were breathtaking. This trail is primarily used for hiking, running and snowshoeing.
